1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The size or item is different from what you ordered

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount

  • Products that were damaged after delivery

  • Hygienic or personal-use products (if applicable)

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is found to be defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will:

  • Replace it with the same product, or

  • Allow you to choose a different product of equal value

Replacement depends on stock availability.


5. Refund Policy

A refund may be issued if:

  • The product is unavailable for replacement

  • The return is approved after inspection

  • The order was cancelled before shipping

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank transfer,

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), or

  • Original payment method, when possible

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from Mordexhub (wrong / damaged / defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong size, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may apply for a return after receiving the product.
